As the Partner Sales Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for driving sales programs with strategic partnerships. You will work closely with both operations and marketing teams throughout the company and with our partners around the country.

We seek a determined, creative, and highly organized team member to join us in developing this critical and exciting new partner facing role.

  • Direct Management of select Infinity Partners
  • Direct Management of the Ingram Micro Infinity business, incl. Ingram Micro’s Cloud Market Place
  • Work with Marketing teams to build and maintain ISA’s profile and campaigns through Ingram Micro’s Cloud Market Place
  • To support the Director, Strategic Alliances with monthly reviews of the Infinity Program business and forecast
  • Work with Service Delivery and Marketing teams to provide Infinity Program readiness to Infinity Partners (Online & in-person)
  • Escalate Infinity Partner issues as needed
  • Be the go-to contact for assigned Distribution and Reseller partners to ensure MRR and approved deal targets are met
  • Lead a go-to-market (GTM) motion for the ISA Infinity Partner Program, driving partner acquisition, partner acceleration and partner success.
  • Deliver partner plans with clear targets and accountabilities for assigned partners.
  • Establish ISA and ISA’s SaaS services as a thought leader in the Canadian cybersecurity partner eco-system by supporting partner GTM activities.
  • Quarterback partner-led new acquisition and renewal opportunities by engaging with the ISA Business Development and Inside Sales teams.
  • Leverage internal and external feedback to propose program modifications
  • Provide direct manager and wider team with insights and success metrics including sales and consumption impact, customer and partner experiences.


  • You are a critical thinker and problem solver, who is not afraid to offer and knows how to support your ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Quantifiable experience in sales with demonstrated success in driving partner satisfaction
  • 5 years previous experience of working in B2B Technology industry is preferred
  • 5+ years previous experience of working with partners in the technology eco-system is preferred
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (including MS Excel, SharePoint, One Drive and Word)
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is preferred
  • You thrive in an evolving environment where change is the only constant
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree/MBA is a plus
